Auger-Aliassime Dominates Nishioka in French Open First Round
Montreal’s Felix Auger-Aliassime, the 21st seed, powered past Japan’s Yoshihito Nishioka with a commanding 6-2, 6-4, 6-4 victory in the opening round of the French Open on Monday.
The Canadian showcased his serving prowess, firing seven aces and winning an impressive 84% of his first-serve points, while successfully fending off any break point opportunities for his opponent.
